Keep the Flow is an audio-first podcast. In the first episodes you can hear how nervous I was talking into the microphone. Why, oh why would I decide to turn on a camera? Good question.
I think a lot of people think podcasters must like hearing the sound of their own voice. This couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, that might ultimately be the reason I hire an editor eventually.

I started Keep the Flow as a way to document my thoughts on creativity. Now the podcast is also on YouTube and has evolved to be a resource for artists, musicians, designers... anyone working in a creative field.
Whether you're a seasoned creative professional or just starting your journey, this podcast offers practical insights and inspiration to help you maintain your momentum, navigate obstacles, and unlock your full potential.
I'm primarily a drummer and composer... living way up north in Iceland. If you're interested in checking out my music you can do that here.
You're losing time to a series of completely defensible decisions... and you feel every minute of it.
How creative intuition actually works, and the technique you need to get your instincts back.
The pain-pleasure seesaw, the marshmallow test, and the temptation nobody talks about.
New to the show? These episodes are the best way in.
The neuroscience behind lower expectations might be the key to unlocking your best ideas.
The easiest creativity get-out-of-jail card ever.
The specific thing you're working on matters less than the fact that you're working at all.
These might be the reason your work isnโt getting the traction it deserves.
